Receptionist/Motor Licence Issuer

We are currently looking for a mature, professional, reliable full-time receptionist/motor licence issuer.
We require a candidate who possesses the following qualities:
- Excellent customer service
- Comfortable with computer systems
- Previous office experience an asset
The duties include:
- Answering a multi-line switchboard
- Assisting customers
- Taking payments
- Motor licence issuing - plates, driver's licences etc.
- Processing of insurance policies
