We can also add seasonal dwellings and belonging to your homeowners policy, or write them as a stand alone item.
A Condominium Owners Insurance plan is more specialized as it covers your interior unit space, contents and improvements you bought or installed.
NOTE* The condominium corporation owns the buildings of the condominium and common elements like halls, elevators, grounds, swimming pools, etc. each unit owner insures their own personal contents and other property.
